The Sales Compensation Analyst ensurespayouts are complete, accurate, and timely. Position is responsible forensuring sales compensation data is reasonable when compared to trends and forecasts.Works closely with systems to pull data and analyzes the data to determine rootcauses and impacts of changes. Communicates effectively with clients and otherstakeholders regarding program administration related topics
Ensure accuracy of sales compensation data for loadinto interfaces and resolve any exceptions for assigned Channel Group(s)prior to incentive payout.
Support client needs through accurate and timely issueresolution of inquiries or disputes.
Determine root cause of inquiry using incentivemanagement software tools.
Identify, recommend and execute business processimprovements and coordinate with Channel Group Lead and operational areasto align support for process needs and requirements.
Validate Data conversion/transfer of data from avariety of platforms.
Use project management methodologies and project lifecycle (including implementation procedures) processes to improvevalidations and payment quality.
Use Business Intelligence tools and concepts tovalidate and adjust payment outcomes.
Develop Subject Matter Expert knowledge for all CompPrograms for assigned Channel Group(s).
Effectively support and communicate with clients basedon needs with accurate and timely issue resolution of inquiries ordisputes.
Provide support for compliance/legal inquiries andrequests and present findings
Prepare, present and train Channel Comp Plan(s) asneeded.
3 years related work experience or equivalent combinationof transferable experience and education.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with the principles of change management
Experience with the use of continuous improvementmethodologies, tools and techniques (data collections, process mapping, anddata analysis) for solutions
Bachelor's degree Accounting or finance
Experience with multiple Sales Performance Managementsolutions
Working experience with Seibel or other CRM Systems
Knowledge and experience with StructuredQuery Language (SQL)
