KTVB, the TEGNA station in Boise, ID, has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales/Commercial Copy Traffic Assistant. This position reports to the Director of Sales and is responsible for the daily commercial copy traffic department function for both KTVB and KTFT.
Duties include timely and accurate entry of advertising copy into the Wide Orbit traffic system, daily filing and providing notification and information to sales department regarding missing copy instructions. Additional responsibilities include communication of instructions to commercial production, handling paid programming instructions and finalizing and upload daily program logs with centralized traffic hub. Other clerical tasks such as dub lists may be assigned as necessary.
Ideal candidate must have an interest in delivering excellent customer service, have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, possess good computer skills, and work well in a team environment.
