Support creditors’ rights with proven collection methods. Growth Opportunity: Join a growing team and make an impact.
Your Role: Successfully collect certified delinquent taxes and debts owed to state government agencies, including college debt. Negotiate and structure payments with debtors.
Maintain a high degree of customer contact through inbound and outbound customer calls. Utilize sales techniques to persuade debtors to resolve their tax issues, emphasizing the benefits of timely payments and the consequences of non-payment. What We Need:
Ability to work onsite Monday thru Friday, 8a-5pm. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven sales experience or Collections experience, particularly in roles requiring persuasion and negotiation.
Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Proficient with computer systems , including Microsoft products such as Excel and Word . Perks: Competitive bonuses and compensation.
