D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Sales and Closing Coordinator for their Main Office Department. The right candidate will Administer all aspects of sales including reporting, monitoring purchase sale agreements (PSA's), and closing duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Communicate and follow-up with RPC, Title, lenders, sales staff and construction to ensure timely closings
Ratify contracts in DHI Sales
Run reports to confirm sales, cancellations and transfers balance to Sunday Report.
Confirm PSA's, change orders and amendments are signed by Management and forward to appropriate parties
Confirm Escrow gets opened in DHI Sales
Maintain workflows in DHI Sales
Coordinate closing dates for closing letters with construction and the sales team
Assist the RPC in the tracking of contract deficiencies
Assist Sales in generating contract documents on days off for urgent closings
Assist the RPC in getting estimate settlement statements signed by the CFO
Update and maintain the closing calendar
Notarize deeds and enter dates in JDE
Run Weekly Escrow Status Call as back up to the RPC Closing Manager
Enter Notes from Weekly Status Call when RPC Closing Manager is not on call
Prepare Builder Certs, Termite Reports and all other necessary government documents and upload to SharePointe site and forward to lenders upon request.
Communicate with outside lenders for weekly updates and update lender notes
Provide outside lenders with all contract documents and requested lender documents
Upload Building Final/Solar Finals and Certificate of Occupancy to SharePoint and verify all necessary parties have copy
Review Solar Agreements for accuracy and upload to SharePointe site
Manage and retain wet signed PSA's and all addenda for 10 years
Comply with RPC and corporate requirements
Research questions or needs which arise from all parties including outside sales lenders, sales team, Division Vice President of Sales, Title and RPC
Ability to work overtime
Regular and reliable attendance
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH applications
Proficiency with MS Office and email
