Overview
Work as part of the Sales and Chartering Team to maximize utilization on the Centerline equipment, development of new opportunities and assist in other sales and chartering endeavors. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Chartering. Focusing customer relationships and equipment utilization in all Centerline operating areas, including the USWC, USGC, and USEC.
Responsibilities
Interface with customers and brokers on a consistent basis
Provide customer quotes for spot movements
Update and send equipment availability reports
Seek out government and miscellaneous tow opportunities
Coordinate with other CLL departments including dispatch, operations and accounting
Assist in new project development if directed by President and Vice President(s)
Qualifications
Marine experience, either vessel or shoreside, knowledge of tugboat & oil transportation industry
Petroleum or liquid tank barge experience strongly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
Availability to travel domestically
Five (5) years of account management experience in the maritime industry preferred
Four-year college education (or equivalent experience)

Hybrid work environment available
Position can be located in either the Houston or New Jersey offices
Expected Hours of Work
0800 - 1700
Some after hours and weekend hours may be required
Flexible work hours, hybrid work from home available
