Enable proper design and implementation of the Arterra BSS platform support and expanding the billing platform integration to telesales and Xfinity Store retail environments. Experience in sales support, customer care, usage mediation and bill generation. Typically has 6+ years experience.
Minimum 3-5 years sales operations or billing systems experience.
Commercial Sales or Sales Operations experience in Telecom industry a plus.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Access, Outlook or other E-mail application required.
Advanced Access and Excel skills
Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly (flexible with hours and duties)* Ability to work effectively with all levels of management to determine business and reporting requirements.
Ability to make decisions quickly and independently.* A self-starter; detailed knowledge of Comcast' s sales and operations processes and systems a plus.
