Organization: Operations Sales

Location: Northaeast or Southern US

Level: Senior Manager

The Sales Director BPO manages the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and or existing clients protect and grow the business.

Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities Provides solutions to complex business problems for area s of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

Interacts with senior management levels at a client and or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Has latitude in decision making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility. Manages large teams and or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working in a Financial Institution with a deep understanding of Regulatory/Compliance Issues.

  • Minimum of 5 years selling closing BPO deals in the Outsourcing SpaceMinimum of

  • 5 years Sales Pursuit Management experience

  • Minimum of 5 years Client Relationship and or delivery experience.

They lead teams in developing compelling proposals for Government clients, including authoring technical sections, coordinating responses, developing win themes, and reviewing responses for compliance. Responsibilities: * Lead efforts to capture new business opportunities * Lead and coordinate proposal efforts * Support the new business team in initiatives and contribute to company strategy * Collaborate with C-Suite Executives on bid decisions and company strategy * Work with employees in the company and with external companies to win new work * Support marketing our capabilities to Government clients * Be a part of our learning culture, where people put team, client, and company interest ahead of their own Required Qualifications: * At least 3 years in capturing business with the Federal Government * At least 1 year of experience in leading a team or a workstream * Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading Government proposals and strong interest in proposal management and writing for Government clients * Ability to collaborate with others, including company executives, in a dynamic, hybrid environment and to contribute to decisions * Desire to work as part of a collaborative team in a very fast-paced, learning environment with smart, dedicated colleagues * Outstanding attention to detail * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to teach others how to write and communicate to market the company's capabilities * Strong interest in growing a small business for the long-term * Technologically savvy with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) * Experience designing graphics a plus * Education: Bachelor's degree * Citizenship: US citizenship only (no dual citizenship) Our recruiting process is very competitive.
