Location: Northaeast or Southern US

Level: Senior Manager

The Sales Director BPO manages the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and or existing clients protect and grow the business.

Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities Provides solutions to complex business problems for area s of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

Interacts with senior management levels at a client and or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Has latitude in decision making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility. Manages large teams and or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working in a Financial Institution with a deep understanding of Regulatory/Compliance Issues.

  • Minimum of 5 years selling closing BPO deals in the Outsourcing SpaceMinimum of

  • 5 years Sales Pursuit Management experience

  • Minimum of 5 years Client Relationship and or delivery experience.

Your Role and Responsibilities IBM is seeking a Information Technology Services Sales Executive. In this role, you will operate as the lead deal maker and closer on complex IT services opportunities. You will organize subject matter experts and sales leads in the areas of infrastructure management services under traditional outsourcing, hosting and Cloud (public, private, and hybrid) operating models to close the complex transactions. You will lead client negotiations, propose solutions to CxOs, and Evaluation Committees acting as the single point of client contact for all deal-progression activities. while interacting with senior client executives, which can include the CEO, CFO, CIO, Board of Directors and evaluation committees. You will be required to have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and directions. You will lead multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet the business needs.
