PepsiCo North America Beverages (NAB) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This position is part of the National Retail Sales Organization PepsiCo CCTO.
The Sales Capability Associate Manager role is critical to ensuring the success of implementing and training Sales Transformation mobile applications. We are developing an integrated end to end solution that digitally connects the organization and simplifies the work for the frontline. This role will create, design and develop training materials for launches, onboarding and sustainment. A key focus of the role is to execute a strategic training and communication plan driving adoption of these game changing mobile applications. Part of the roles responsibility is to provide training to all levels of the organization through WebEx's and live training sessions. This position will need to understand how the mobile applications work and be able to relate the technology to the sales and field operations team while operating in a fast paced environment. This role will be focused on executing best in class technology driving the adoption of this large investment in the organization. This role also allows for high visibility and exposure across the organization while gaining experience with the technology that supports our Sales and Go To Market teams.
Location: White Plains, NY or field NAB office
Create, design and develop training materials for the Sales Transformation apps, processes and best practices
Execute an engaging training and communication agenda for Retail Sales and Go To Market teams
Partner with vendors / Sales Transformation team to create training videos and e-learnings
Facilitate and train large groups on applications focusing on new tools, enhancements, onboarding, processes and reinforcement leveraging WebEx's, Conference Calls and Live Hands-On Training
Partner with The Sales Transformation team on creating a strategic training and communication plan
Influencing all levels of the organization on proper utilization of the mobile selling apps
Partner with GTM and Sales Capability to streamline training and communications to the Field Sales teams
Work in highly collaborative and cross functional team environment including Field Sales, IT, Business, GTM and Sales Capability & outside vendors to create a strategic training and communication plan to the Sales and Field Operations Teams
Minimum 5 years of sales or operations experience
Must be willing & able to travel up to 50% of the time
Strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate and train large employee groups
CPG experience preferred
Quickly understand new tools and processes to convey and train the sales / field operations team
Leadership and influence skills at their level and above in the organization
Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization influence others
Results oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and against deadlines in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Must be authorized to work in the United States
