We are now looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative (Pre-Sales Consultant) to join our team to support the closure of our sales prospects for our TeamMate+ Audit, Controls, and Analytics solutions within the Americas region.
The Sales & Business Development Representative addresses the key challenges generated during the sales process, including: identifying client needs, completing RFP/RFI's, presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements. Sales & Business Development Representatives are expected to maintain deep domain expertise related to TeamMate products as well as the audit, risk and control profession.
This position can be based in a remote office location anywhere within the U.S.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Listen to and understand our prospects business requirements
Position and demonstrate our audit, controls, and analytics tools to solve prospect business requirements
Articulate our benefits and value propositions throughout all steps in the sales process
Build and maintain use cases and demonstration configuration of the applications
Prepare and conduct product workshops and proof of concepts on prospect sites
Scope and document solutions to meet our customers' requirements
Respond to functional questions within RFIs/RFPs/RFQs
Conduct functional gap analyses and address business issues raised by prospects, and
work together with sales and services to ensure the closure of the process
Work with product management to ensure the functional requirements of customers/prospects are communicated to influence features on the roadmap
Attend conferences as a business representative and demonstrate TeamMate products
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or other relevant field of study; Or if no degree; equivalent years of relevant experience
Experience with TeamMate or TeamMate+ Audit Management software
Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills
Strong business acumen
Advanced presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
Fluent English language skills
Internal Audit or Risk Management experience
Experience with any data analytic software
Proficiency with Salesforce or other comparable CRM application
Knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and APIs
Bilingual Spanish/English language skills
Team player possessing strong interpersonal skills
