The Sales Business Analyst will equip Sales leadership with insights that help drive strategic decisions. This role will interpret complex data and report the sales forecast, funnel and bookings activity to Sales leadership. This role will also support our sales commissions process and ensure that sales compensation programs run effectively. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with experience reporting bookings data from Salesforce for our sales teams, and tracking sales compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

  • Work in a team environment in supporting the entire sales organization to run effectively and efficiently

  • Responsible for bookings and revenue forecasting

  • Responsible for vetting all booked orders for the company

  • Preparation of financial metrics on ongoing and project basis

  • Preparation and confirmation of commissions for payment

  • Ability to pull business insights from company data

  • Quantify process inputs & outputs, develop trending reporting and collaborate with subject matter experts to uncover areas of process improvements opportunities


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Five or more years of relevant work experience

  • Two or more years working with Salesforce


  • Financial reporting experience


  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization

  • Poses excellent Salesforce Database mining skills

  • Strong spreadsheet, PowerPoint and quantitative skills

  • Analytical and detailed oriented

More information is available at Job Requisition: R-2075 Assoc Product Management Analyst (Open) Primary Location: STERLING - RT3 Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Caller ID Product Management team focused on lifecycle management of the new, evolving Trusted Brand Management solutions. The Junior Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting product managers and senior analysts in executing new product initiatives that are aimed at growing revenue and advancing technology. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and organizational capabilities, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills. Key Tasks/Duties: * Act as primary interface for the onboarding and management of Neustar Trusted Brand Management data to multiple partner systems * Conduct ongoing data analyses in support of key customer and sales opportunities * Drive data validation and quality assurance initiatives * Assist with customer support issues and remedies * Identify and deliver clear and concise process improvements and/or product requirements to help drive the strategic roadmap * Assist with Trusted Brand Management report development and maintenance * Support Trusted Brand Management development priorities utilizing Neustar internal development processes and tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA) * Maintain and deliver analytic insights and trends regarding performance of initiatives Qualifications/Education * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience * 2-3 years data analytics experience preferable * Ability to work with large volumes of data to statically analyze and summarize into reports * Broad working knowledge of telecom wire-line and mobile technologies a plus * Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolutions skills * Should be proactive and demonstrate ability to work independently and produce results across multiple functional organizations, both internal and external * Strong interpersonal communication skills as well as written and presentation skills * Ability to interpret information and make sound judgment and business decisions * This position requires travel (10%) Neustar does not accept unsolicited resumes from external firms or agencies.
