The Sales Business Analyst will equip Sales leadership with insights that help drive strategic decisions. This role will interpret complex data and report the sales forecast, funnel and bookings activity to Sales leadership. This role will also support our sales commissions process and ensure that sales compensation programs run effectively. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with experience reporting bookings data from Salesforce for our sales teams, and tracking sales compensation.
RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned
Work in a team environment in supporting the entire sales organization to run effectively and efficiently
Responsible for bookings and revenue forecasting
Responsible for vetting all booked orders for the company
Preparation of financial metrics on ongoing and project basis
Preparation and confirmation of commissions for payment
Ability to pull business insights from company data
Quantify process inputs & outputs, develop trending reporting and collaborate with subject matter experts to uncover areas of process improvements opportunities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Five or more years of relevant work experience
Two or more years working with Salesforce
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
Poses excellent Salesforce Database mining skills
Strong spreadsheet, PowerPoint and quantitative skills
Analytical and detailed oriented
