Job Description Job Description About this Position Sales Associates at S&O Wholesale excel in delivering exceptional customer service by leveraging their extensive product knowledge to advise customers on available "on demand" products. In a busy and fast-paced environment, you will engage in all aspects of the role, including generating sales opportunities, merchandising, deliveries, and replenishment.

You will interact with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Maximize Sales Opportunities: Identify customer requirements and offer "hot" products and promotional items when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities.

Sales Processing and Customer Service: Efficiently and accurately process sales, manage returns, and provide after-sales service while maintaining a professional image. Product Knowledge:

Maintain a high level of product knowledge by communicating with our vendors, staying updated on the latest offerings and trends. Customer-Oriented Attitude: Exhibit a customer-oriented attitude, being confident, motivated, and able to use initiative to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Positive Attitude and Relationship Building: Maintain a pleasant, helpful, and optimistic attitude, demonstrating the ability to form strong working relationships with customers and colleagues. Team Collaboration:

Work as a valuable team member, actively supporting others and maintaining a flexible, can-do attitude to contribute to a positive work environment. Requirements A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or an Associate's degree is preferred, with a focus on business administration, marketing, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role within a warehouse or retail environment.

Strong knowledge of the products carried by the warehouse, with the ability to learn and stay updated on new and trending items. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and team members.
