Yesway is seeking Part-Time Sales Associates within our gas station and convenience store business. We are looking for motivated individuals that are looking to grow with us! Yesway plans to assemble a portfolio of 400 to 600 gas stations in selected regions of the United States. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in the gas station and convenience store industry or in a retail position, is excited to join our team and is passionate about taking a role in a rapidly-growing company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

Ensure hospitality for all store quests by ensuring timely guest transactions, facilities/store cleanliness, and implementation of Yesway standards.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Ensure the proper placement, pricing and stocking of merchandise in the store.
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Successful completion of certification testing as needed.

Associate Customer Service Manager This position is responsible to perform a broad range of customer service-related functions while partnering to strengthen long-term relationships with customers to ensure their continued allegiance to Nutra Blend products and/or services. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds and temperaments, think on their feet, and develop knowledge of the products/services Nutra Blend offers. * Managing key accounts and develop customer care strategies as necessary with team member(s) * Collaboration with sales, marketing, production, warehouse, transportation and 3PL distribution based on conversations with existing customers. * Field inbound/outbound calls; place daily solicitations outbound calls to customers * Order entry accuracy of customer service team. * Self-service Automation * Responsible for all aspects of Order management including processing orders, training customers on how to use the ordering system and troubleshooting/processing any order issues/errors. * Accountable to investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems. * Invoicing - investigate billing errors, short pays, long shipped, non-invoiced, and damaged claims * Coordinate with internal departments for order add-ons, lead-time, and/or rush orders * Process consignment orders * Enroll, leverage, and facilitate NBCRP program to customers * Run backorder reports; determine causation * Direct shipment analysis * Maintain online system maintenance: enter new products and new ship locations, customers, product cross references, and delete obsolete items * Training - Responsible for cross training in all areas of customer services responsibilities to provide back up support in periods of high volumes. Also accountable to assist in training new employees. * Evaluate and manage performance of direct reports. * Introduce new products and new promotions to customers * Send out product offerings, specification sheets, MSDS, and copies of tags, pick tickets, and invoices * Responsible for learning sales techniques and reporting daily or weekly activity to a Field Sales Manager or inside sales management. Reporting is done on a verbal basis…usually daily to the outside sales team. * Other duties as assigned.
