Your role at XL Fleet
What you will do:
Support Sales Managers in the qualification and pursuit of new leads.
Call and/or email existing cold-to-warm sales leads that have recently been added to our pipeline.
Develop and deploy email campaigns through salesforce.com.
Establish interest with prospects and set up meetings for sales.
Qualify leads to learning more about their status, buying habits, etc.
Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce).
Work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Service, and Customer Success teams to accomplish projects.

Bachelor's degree in business;
1-2 years of experience as a sales assistant or similar role;
Strong communication skills;
Strong time-management and prioritization skills;
Ability to independently operate in a remote environment;
Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Pardot and Zoom Info
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
