Your role at XL Fleet

What you will do:

  • Support Sales Managers in the qualification and pursuit of new leads.

  • Call and/or email existing cold-to-warm sales leads that have recently been added to our pipeline.

  • Develop and deploy email campaigns through salesforce.com.

  • Establish interest with prospects and set up meetings for sales.

  • Qualify leads to learning more about their status, buying habits, etc.

  • Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce).

  • Work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Service, and Customer Success teams to accomplish projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business;

  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales assistant or similar role;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills;

  • Ability to independently operate in a remote environment;

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Pardot and Zoom Info

  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
