As a Sales Associate , you will: Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best products and services. Act as the point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

Maintain knowledge of product benefits and features to effectively answer customer questions. Offer additional items or services to enhance the customer’s driving experience. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage recurring business.

Keep assigned areas well-stocked, clean, and presentable. Greet customers with a positive demeanor and provide outstanding service. Handle stocking, moving merchandise, and retrieving products as needed.

What We’re Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent. Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Full-time availability, including Saturdays. At least six (6) months of sales experience. A valid driver’s license.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A professional and well-dressed appearance.

The ability to spend extended periods standing and walking. The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Solid math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Skills for Success: Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic personality. Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting customer needs.

Ability to multi-task while staying attentive to customers and flexible to business needs. Team player who collaborates effectively with coworkers. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Other Responsibilities: Help maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on store goals.
