POSITION SUMMARY

Richmond American Homes is seeking top notch, driven and goal oriented individuals with a proven record of sales success to join our team! Superior quality and value have always set us apart but it's the personalized customer service at each stage of the home purchase that truly gives us an edge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing relationships with customers

  • Procuring and following up on sales leads for our communities

  • Networking & prospecting

  • Maintaining quality customer service and leading buyers throughout New Home Sales process

  • Negotiating and closing deals

  • Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork

  • Obtaining and analyzing market data critical for our communities to remain competitive

  • Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus)

  • Willingness to work weekends

  • Maintaining standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • A Real Estate License is required in all states EXCEPT CO, MD & VA

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of New Home Sales Experience

  • Prior High End Retail Sales

  • Any Proven Track Record of Sales Success

  • College Degree

Required Experience * Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education. * Requires 3 years minimum experience. * May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience. Education * High School Diploma or GED Required Work Experience * 3 years personal banking or teller experience. Skills * Excellent knowledge of bank deposits, lending products, credit products, and services to open accounts or refer customer to specialists partner. * Excellent customer service skills that include good verbal and written communication. * Relationship building, collaboration and teamwork. * Problem Solving skills. * MMCRM, Touchpoint Teller and Systems Training and new account opening.
