Key responsibilities: - Be a part of business development by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Field and send out send written business correspondence
Organize and route incoming telephone calls
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred. Training provided!
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
