As a Sales Associate at Milliman, you are a key player in the ongoing success of our office. Your competitive drive will bring revenue to our profit center and forward thinking mindset will enhance our customers' experiences. Through the primary responsibilities of positioning our products and services with a powerful value proposition, closing prospects, establishing new distribution channels, and building influential partnerships, you will bring new life to an organization's health plan. We work with clients in all areas of the U.S., and this position will have some travel requirements depending on client assignments and opportunities. Some of the specific duties are listed below:

  • Marketing, presenting, and selling of our platform of consulting and underwriting services, especially Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs)

  • Building relationships with our primary prospects such as health insurance brokers and Professional Employment Organizations (PEOs)

  • Communicating client expectations to our staff to ensure the delivery of our services and fees meet or exceed our client's expectations

  • Collecting feedback from our clients and prospective clients to assist with the enhancement of existing products and development of new products

Qualifications:

  • S. or B.A.

  • GPA of 3.0 or greater

  • Previous experience within sales, marketing, or insurance preferred but not required.

Location:

This position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time.
