Job Details


The Sales Associate acts as a point of contact for our customers. The duties of the Sales Associate include assisting customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager to maximize store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.


  • Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.

  • Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.

  • Follow company merchandise processes; unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.

  • Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop store floors, clean restroom and receiving room, and help set up sidewalk displays.



  • Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

  • Understanding of safety policies and practices.

  • Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.

  • Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.

  • Basic mathematical skills.

  • Ability to perform cash register functions.

  • Ability to stock merchandise.


High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


  • Frequent walking and standing

  • Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling to run check out station, stock merchandise and unload trucks; which may also require the ability to push and/or pull rolltainers for stocking merchandise

  • Frequent handling of merchandise and equipment such as handheld scanners, pricing guns, box cutters, merchandise containers, two-wheel dollies, U-boats (six-wheel carts), and rolltainers

  • Frequent and proper lifting of up to 40 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 55 pounds

  • Occasional climbing (using step ladder) up to heights of six feet

  • Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level

  • Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions

Through our licensed outpatient Mental Health Clinics, Aurora's skilled AODA Therapists assist individuals, couples, families, groups, and businesses with a wide range of emotional and mental health issues. Position Summary: Provide direct AODA diagnostic assessment (DSM-IV) and outpatient AODA therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, collaborating with county DUI assessor for driver safety plans and follow up services Responsibilities * Provide high quality, direct-diagnostic assessment and outpatient AODA therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups * Clinical staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to, competence in crisis assessment, on-call duties, development of treatment plans, discharges, related file work, and follow-up services * Maintain a high level of professional and ethical practice as established through the state of Wisconsin and related professional organizations (ie. ACSW, Association of MFT, etc.) * Maintain and conduct practice consistent with overall philosophy of the agency * Develop treatment plans, monitor treatment progress, and provide follow-up services * Consult with peers, supervisors, and other professionals regarding cases, treatment plans, interventions, approaches, etc. * Attend staff meetings as required * Communicate with referral sources on a timely basis * Demonstrate positive working relationships with consumers, staff, and other professionals * Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with Agency policy and state requirements * Write reports that conform to prescribed style and format * Effectively present information to management, staff, and other organizational groups * Promote positive consumer relations * Assume on-call duties as assigned, which may include a county funded crisis line training provided * Provide consultation/education to the community as needed * Maintain all professional licensing requirements (i.e. continuing education credits) * Complete agency training and review of company policies/procedures * Market agency products/services and provide community presentations as needed to build referral base * Maintain consumer confidentiality standard consistent with DHS 75 and HIPAA regulations * Assess crisis situations, intervene appropriately, and work autonomously * Perform other duties as assigned Requirements/Qualifications * Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, counseling or other related human services degree * Must be licensed by the Wisconsin Certification Board (SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC) and be M.A. reimbursable * Must have supervised clinical experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing substance abuse/dependency issues providing diagnostic assessment, outpatient therapy, and knowledge regarding Wisconsin State Statute * Familiarity with DSM - IV and diagnostic techniques * Knowledge and skills regarding comprehensive methods of AODA assessment and treatment, crisis situations and appropriate interventions * Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, interviewing, and use of AODA assessment tools * Proficient use of Windows applications - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ACCESS * Excellent spelling, grammar, and written/verbal communication skills * Experience in working with multiple insurance and Medical Assistance preferred * Eligible to provide services under Medical Assistance * Have a valid driver's license, and be insurable * Acceptable background verification Aurora is an Equal Opportunity Employer, functioning under Affirmative Action Guidelines.
