As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a top-tier customer experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget. Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and feature explanations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business. Utilize CRM tools (Syndicate CRM/DMS) to follow up with leads and manage customer interactions. Present financing and leasing options, explaining pricing structures clearly.

Work closely with the sales management team to negotiate deals and finalize transactions. Stay up to date with inventory, new arrivals, and industry trends. Assist with vehicle merchandising, showroom setup, and promotional events.

Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales preferred but not required. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a desire to exceed sales targets.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and online sales platforms (AutoTrader, CarGurus, etc.). Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
