Starting at $70,000 per year Commission Vehicle (based on meeting criteria) About the Role HammerHead Recruitment is seeking a Sales Associate on behalf of a fast-growing construction client that specializes in restoration, waterproofing, roofing, and painting services.
The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by focusing on door-to-door sales , building relationships with engineers, attending networking events, and following up on project leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fieldwork and a proactive approach to meeting new clients and closing sales. Key Responsibilities Sales Focus:
Conduct door-to-door sales to generate leads and secure new business in the restoration, waterproofing, roofing, and painting sectors. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers and attend industry networking events to expand the company’s presence and reach. Follow-Up:
Use Salesforce to follow up on leads, track projects, and ensure client needs are met. Client Relationship Management: Regularly engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and propose relevant services.
Fieldwork: Spend the majority of your time in the field , meeting with clients, conducting site visits, and attending networking events. Project Oversight: Maintain ongoing follow-ups on projects to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that arise during project completion.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates on project leads and status using Salesforce. Compensation Structure Base Salary:
Starting at $70,000 per year . Commission Structure: For the first $5 million in sales, you will earn the base salary. Beyond the first $5 million, commissions will be 2-3% on sales ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
Vehicle Provided : A company vehicle will be provided if you have a clean driving record. Other Benefits: You will also be provided with a company cellphone and laptop . Required Skills & Experience Experience in door-to-door sales or field sales, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with engineers and industry professionals. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system to manage leads and follow-ups. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
Strong organizational skills for tracking multiple projects and clients. A clean driving record to qualify for the company-provided vehicle. Location & Travel Based at 8281 Coral Way, Miami, FL . Most of your time will be spent in the field across various locations within Miami-Dade County, Key Biscayne and Broward County.
