General Summary of Position:
The Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for Granite's Industry sales organization. This is accomplished through outbound cold calling, emailing, and setting qualified intro calls. With plenty of leads provided, the Sales Associate sets up qualified meetings for the members of the industry sales team. This position lays the foundation for a successful professional sales career. There is a path for career growth within Granite sales for the right caliber candidate that is willing to work hard, learn, and strive to achieve goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be passionate about a sales career and have the following characteristics: strong work ethic, confident, resilient, competitive, reliable, and coachable
Cold call and email prospects from leads provided to set qualified intro calls
Set qualified sales meetings for the members of the Granite industry sales team
Monetary Incentives are based on setting qualified intro calls with the sales team
To align closely with the industry team members to learn and develop your professional sales skills
This is a sales development role and we expect candidates to get promoted and grow into other sales career opportunities within the company
