Sales Associate

We are looking for a new sales associate to join our guest services team to deliver exceptional, personalized services to our guests. Must be excited to work in a high performing sales environment.

Monday - Friday | 7:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturday | 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Sunday | 8:30 am to 6:00 pm In need of someone with flexible availability, shifts vary. Responsibilities of Sales Associate: Greet guests upon their arrival and manage the center's overall flow while providing an exceptional guest experience.

Educates every guest on the services, products, and loyalty programs to enhance their experience. Identify customer needs and recommend skincare products and packages based on their preferences Inform guests of prices and monthly promotions. Sales (commission based), Marketing, Front Desk Receptionist Skills:

Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Beauty Advisor, or similar role Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus Passion for the beauty industry and helping others to feel more gorgeous Excellent communication skills Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours High school diploma We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
