Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team at Crazy 88 MMA!

Our Sales Associates make an average of $30-$35 an hour when they factor in commission

The Sales Associate is responsible for converting leads to sales by providing the customer with the full Crazy 88 Experience. The Sales Associate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the facility is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests

Answer phone calls and emails

Process payments and memberships

Assist with sales and marketing materials

Maintain office supplies

Keep the front desk area clean and organized

Sell gear to members

Enroll prospective members

Requirements

18+

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

A passion for martial arts is a plus!

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
