Sales Associate

Hello, we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Black Forest Pastry Shop. Here you will be responsible for making sure our store looks like a perfect slice of Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure the store is ready for the day
• Work with the General Manager to ensure the store is stocked properly
• Take photos of products for social media posts
• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials
• Take cake orders in-person and over the phone
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and prompt manner

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality
• Previous experience in retail or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prompt and timely
• Previous experience with photographing food products a plus, but not required
• Reliable
