PepsiCo North America Beverages (NAB) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This position will be part of the National Retail Sales Organization on the PepsiCo CCTO Walmart Team.
The Walmart Sales Senior Analyst role entails:
Support sales insights and analytic initiatives for PepsiCo's Beverage categories at Walmart
Support Customer engagement for PepsiCo's Beverage Portfolio
Develop detailed category reporting leveraging appropriate information resources to include: Retail Link/RSI, IRI POS, IRI Panel, and Custom Shopper Research to drive Insights to Action
Provide insights to Sales Team members based on emerging shopper and market trends through reporting and ad hoc analysis
Support team by utilizing PepsiCo capabilities to deliver assortment, space, merchandising performance and pricing recommendations with key deliverables against PO writing, regional pricing, and post event analytics
Ensure continual training and development to enhance business knowledge and analytical skills
Communicate insights and best in class initiative results to divisional corporate personnel, as well as, other Category Management Team Members
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in analyzing and interpreting data and team/project management experience
Ability to understand and translate performance, identify opportunities & risks, and develop sales stories/forecasts
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
Time Management/Organization: Solid capability to manage and prioritize schedule
Planning/organizing skills: Capable of managing major projects simultaneously
Support Systems Literacy: Computer literacy, Excel, Power Point, Word, ERT, RSI, IRI, willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support systems
Ability to provide new ways of approaching situations and developing new efficient solutions
Independent & motivated individual; ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback
Develops strong relationships/partnership for overall success of the team & customer
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Minimal travel required
