Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager Location: Santa Monica, CA Job Summary: Airweave, a global leader in innovative sleep solutions, and the 1 Mattress Brand in Japan is seeking a dynamic and motivated person to help launch our first US retail store in Santa Monica, CA opening in Q1 2025.

As our Sales Associate, you are not just a representative of our brand, but a crucial part of our success. You partner with store leaders and our marketing team to build our footprint in the US market, and as an expert on Airweave mattresses, you are the go-to person for all product inquiries.

Key Responsibilities For the Sales Associate : Engage with customers on a personal level to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements. Take a proactive approach to sales activities, empowering you to seek opportunities to drive revenue and achieve or surpass sales targets through partnership with store leadership and our marketing team. Taking sales calls, chats and videos for our guest not present in Los Angeles.

Build and nurture relationships with customers through our concierge service, a personalized approach that makes each customer feel valued and important. Demonstrate a genuine passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Has the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.

Dedicating 5-10% of the job to the marketing function (when guests not present) excited to learn and grow with that team. Who You Are: Solution-oriented, with a competitive spirit and a desire to learn and grow.

Comfortable wearing many hats and tackling various challenges. Qualifications: 1 years of experience in retail preferable with home furnishings or equivalent experience. Interest in marketing, bonus for social media, video, etc.

Proven ability to exceed sales goals Customer service experience Exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient with current technology i.e. iPads, MAC, PC Compensation & Benefits: Highly Competitive $23.00 Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour for sales $3 dollars an hour for marketing projects Captain store merchandising, store marketing (via social media), and all photography including video.
