The Hearst Young Women's Group (Cosmopolitan, Seventeen & Women's Health brands) is in search of an energetic self-starter, multi-tasker and team player to join their team in Chicago.


  • Assist in preparation for sales calls.

  • Handle phone requests (including the general advertising line),

  • Routing of any/all proposals and correspondence

  • Distribute internal and external communications

  • Write and generate monthly issue mailings for Account Managers

  • Order office supplies and stationary

  • Maintain complimentary subscription list, and oversee any issue or promotional mailings for account managers

  • Coordinate events and entertainment functions, handle travel planning and reservation

  • Generate T&E reports for managers in a timely manner for reimbursement

  • Proactively create ways to streamline account managers' efforts and create better internal and external information flow

  • Be a team player and help to manage departmental needs


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for Window, Lotus Notes, Powerpoint, and Sales Force

  • Prior media experience

  • One year work experience

VIEW JOBS 2/19/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-19T00:00 Field Museum Women in Science (FMWIS) and Women's Board of The Field Museum are proud to offer the Women in Science Internships. The internships are hosted in many departments throughout the Museum and aim to give individuals the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the sciences. The FMWIS Internship Program is hosting five high school and five undergraduate paid interns for 6 weeks in summer 2020. Applicants are welcome to apply to more than one project. We aim to build a foundation and set the standard across the museum for diversity within the sciences through student internships. Interns will engage in collections-based research and practice communicating science to a broader community. Program Dates: Monday, June 22nd through Monday, August 3rd, 2020. Please be aware that this internship is full-time, 5 days per week, 8:30am to 4:30pm (unless otherwise arranged with the supervisor).
