Manages Client Services calendar Plans and coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements Handles a wide variety of special projects. Researches information, collects input, analyzes data, and prepares written summary of findings Screens phone calls and responds to requests on behalf of Client Services team Prepares correspondence and handles confidential emails Performs various administrative duties and data entry
A can-do type of attitude Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize projects Good customer service skills toppled with timely follow ups skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized and attentive to details 2+ year experience providing administrative support Bachelor?s degree desired Above average Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
