*This role will be a temporary position and as such will not be directly employed by Plymouth Rock.
This position requires an individual to have strong phone and interpersonal skills- will be working with external customers as well as multiple internal departments.
The position will follow up with potential customers to gauge interest in our brand of products.
Handle incoming calls from interested customers and forward to one of our Agents offices.
Candidates should possess an ability to learn and retain new information and concepts.
Candidates should be able to multitask
Must be able to navigate complex computer systems and willing to handle rejection.
Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Flexible hours(Part-Time or Full-Time) hourly pay + ability to earn bonuses!
- HS diploma
- Experience in a phone based position preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be willing to make 30-40 calls per hour
