Supports the Sales Managers in the Sales administration of supplier & customer flows, serial production.
SAP Data Entry and Management
Provides Sales Managers project analysis reports, according to SCOOP rules and processes.
Provides other administrative support when required
Act as the interface between the customer accountant and our internal accounting department
Manages the orders and the sale prices of the customer car manufacturers in his/her perimeter to avoid customer claims.
Assures the interface between the sales department and the plant (accounting and logistics) to facilitate customer deliveries.
Is in charge of updating prices and client database into the system according to time limit agreed
Coordinates with the accounting department, the retroactive updates of the prices
Creates and updates of open & closed orders
Checks engineering invoices to the customer
Orders office supplies as and when required by the project team
Sales SAP Key User
In relation with the After Sales Buyer, checks prices evolution and builds the prices for spare parts aligned with standards, packaging, and logistics.
Coordinates the implementation of agreed prices and sales vs. contract.
Records the initial budget & update specific investments, D&D & scope changes with actual values & payment profiles from the customer orders in the project accounts.
Is in charge of invoicing the customer at the right price.
Advises corrections of payment necessary after the receipt of goods to sales departments.
Coordinates capacity analysis and communication between customers and Plastic Omnium organization (with focus on General Motors)
