We are searching for a passionate self-starter for an Inside Sales position. If you are a motivated, hard worker, who has no fear asking for the sale then this opportunity may be just what you need. This Inside Sales Assistant position from OfficeTeam will be a long term temporary-to-hire opportunity based in the South Metro area. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in coordinating orders to ensure completion of process

  • Providing administrative, technical and clerical support to sales teams

  • Handling the generation of sales reports and preparations for presentations

  • Aiding the sales department with the promotion of company products and services

  • Executing any additional Sales Assistant-related tasks as required

  • Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner


  • Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and vendors

  • Sales experience preferred but willing to train

  • Telemarketing experience highly desired

  • MS Outlook experience

  • Order entry experience preferred

Assistant Managers are responsible to: * Provide excellent customer service by responding with a sense of urgency to our customers' needs. * Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of store operations including all point of sale, pricing, merchandising and administrative procedures in accordance with Company standards. * Provide positive, enthusiastic, inspired, creditable and effective leadership for all store Team Members. * Additional supervisory responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring and training Team Members; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving concerns. * Responsible to open and close the store location. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Associates or Bachelors degree in Retail Merchandising, Retail Management, Business or related field preferred. * Prior retail management experience is preferred. * Must be available to work a rotating schedule including every other weekend and occasional holidays.
