We have an opening for a Sales Assistant in an exciting opportunity for driven self-starters that are eager to expand their career. Responsibilities

  • Assisting the sales department in promoting company products and services

  • Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees

  • Handling arrangements for travel and meetings

  • Providing customer service in a kind and detail oriented manner

  • Preparing sales reports and presentations

  • Composing and proofreading correspondence and other documents

  • Aiding sales teams by contributing administrative, technical and clerical support

  • Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed

  • Performing other Sales Assistant tasks as necessary

  • Handling preparations for and attending trade shows and conventions

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required

  • Demonstrated project coordination skills, superb social skills, and ability to work well with all levels of staff, outside clients and vendors

  • Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

  • Preferred education is a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field

  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

  • 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience preferred
