Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will use your dedication and energy to support our new home sales success. Join our team and be an integral partner within the Division's sales team. Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, your energy will help support our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to competitive shopping and sales administration functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NVR Sales Managers and the Marketing Department to implement necessary marketing strategies for current and future communities.

• Act as a liason between the division and product presentation / IT / security teams. Communicate global and regional changes to the sales team and facilitate a smooth transition to new products, materials and partnerships. Monitor systems regularly and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Partner with neighboring businesses and NVR vendors to satisfy the necessary sales and marketing needs for developing communities.

• Verify that every Model Home meets the NVR standards by ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, have proper marketing materials available, maintain their exterior appearance and display sold signs on sold homesites.

• Support the Sales Managers with daily responsibilities: organizing team events, scheduling division meetings or meals, assisting in planning for upcoming communities.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of sales or administrative experience preferred

• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills

• Available to work 5 days each week, which would include an occasional weekend when needed
