Position Summary:

The sales assistant will work closely and continuously with the local sales manager and sales team to cultivate accessible clientele and generate new clients while escalating customer approval. The essential function of the inside sales assistant will be to generate new leads, follow up on existing leads, attempt to close sales and also to work symbiotically with outside sales representatives in order to maintain and increase sales in their respective region.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Manager and Outside Sales Department by connecting with potential customers and distributor/dealer representatives in order to increase sales

  • Follow up with current and prospective customers, tradeshow and seminar leads via phone/email/mail

  • Input leads, lead updates, and any customer related interaction into salesforce.com

  • Attempt to close sales over the phone

  • Cultivate and pass warm leads to outside salesperson or Sales Manager

  • Mail samples, literature, etc. as needed

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them

  • Be responsible for time management to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner

  • Be able to work as a team member for the greater benefit of the team

  • May require some local travel to work at local tradeshows

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 3+ years business experience with direct contact with customers, vendors and sales

  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Excellent and effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Proven history of excellent follow through and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Dental background knowledge

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to keep good relationships with dentists & dealer personnel, co-workers and other business partners

  • Database management experience such as SalesForce, etc.

  • General accounting and logistics knowledge

  • General knowledge of products, company, and customers

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Ability to accurately perform data entries and record keeping

  • Ability to keep good relationships with customers, co-workers and other business partners

Position Summary: The Dental Division Sr Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building a communication bridge between multiple points/departments. Some key points would be encouraging user interaction with Salesforce including understanding the basics and assisting others in undertaking the usage of Salesforce. Understanding of marketing tools and using that knowledge to support the creations of promotional materials (print, online) to communicate the decided message to end customers and business partners. This unique position encourages the individual to learn, grow, and eventually develop their own path of success while broadening their abilities in various aspects. Responsibilities: * Responsible for working, maintaining and interpreting Salesforce data and using Salesforce Einstein to help communicate trends to the appropriate members. * Utilizing various tools to act on requests and data trends (Tools such as Pardot, Einstein Analytics, Google) * Creates Marketing materials and web developments. * Communicates with multiple team members and assists in problem-solving with our current toolset. Elaborates on possible future investments based on forecast needs and concerns. * Assists in organizing and participating in marketing or sales related events and meetings to move the business forward and cultivate innovative programs and strategies. * Maintenance of current online and offline presence of Kuraray Dental (website/print ads) * Plans and executes other additional duties as requested by the reporting manager. Qualifications: * Associate Degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Knowledge of Salesforce, WordPress, and a willingness to learn. * Design skills along with some knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML, WordPress, Database handling, Social Media also willing to explore these skills further.
