Headquartered in Boulder, CO, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the VP of Sales & North America Sales Team with all sales administrative duties, monthly reporting and tracking and customer service.
Solid experience with Customer Relationship Management systems required
Zoho CRM a plus

Assist team with CRM data input and updates
Accept all sales calls and inquiries, route to appropriate sales person on a timely basis
Follow up and qualify initial sales leads as needed
Set up sales appointments and sales calls as needed
Manage sending, scheduling and tracking outbound email campaigns
Research sales prospects for contact information and other relevant information
Assist, as needed, completing basic/standard proposals and cost sheets accurately
Maintain all sales records
Assist management team with administrative tasks as required
Assist in meeting preparation (sales, operations, etc.)
Answering phones and act as backup to front desk
Will work closely with the VP of Sales to:
Develop, implement, execute weekly/monthly tracking mechanisms
Update and track sales numbers and projections
Prepare for sales meetings & events
Implement other projects as needed
Two or more years administrative experience. Extensive computer use in an office environment to include proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Minimal travel required. High school education required; some college strongly preferred. May lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Some weekend and overtime work required.
