Who You Are:

You are a collaborative and trend savvy Sales Assistant excited to work on our Accessories and Special Markets team. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment while being able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. You are a detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills who can also work independently as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with market appointment and market preparation

  • Manage market set up and samples, in partnership with Account Executive

  • Update available to sell and inventory reports weekly

  • Manage account communications and resolve issues in partnership with the customer service and sales team

  • Facilitate weekly shipping updates and partner with customer service team to make sure open orders are being shipped on time

  • Track all purchase orders and follow through until shipped

  • Manage major off price accounts with respect to sales and administrative related tasks

  • Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets

  • Analyze weekly selling reports to recognize opportunities for growth

  • Establish strong relationships with buyers across major off price retailers by maintaining a highly developed understanding of the retailer's customer base

  • Utilize confident communication and presentation skills including strong negotiation & persuasion skills

  • Identify and communicate opportunities to increase profitability

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly design & production, to communicate account needs

You'll Need to Have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience inclusive of internships

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
