SavATree is expanding and seeking a Sales Arborist for our Denver, CO territory!

SavATree is nation-wide company at the forefront of industry standards and practices for general tree care, plant health care and lawn care. SavATree invests in its employees for the long-term. You'll receive on going sales training and development along with all necessary subject matter training. Our sales professional become certified experts for all of our service lines and will provide their expertise to residential, commercial, government and other prospects.

On a daily basis you will have the opportunity to work outside and visit beautiful high-end properties across Denver to ensure the health and well-being of the client's landscape. You may be assisting everyone from your next door neighbor to high-net worth clients.

Your job duties include:

  • Service and grow your assigned territory

  • Visit clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes

  • Estimate job costs and provide quotes (corporate tablets provided)

  • Set up crews, supervise work being performed, and ensure jobs are completed to clients' satisfaction

  • Obtain referrals from clients, network, and develop new business

  • Participate in community and industry events such as presentations to horticultural associations, community organizations, garden clubs, trade shows etc.

Candidates must have:

  • A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Floriculture, Environmental Sciences, Biological Sciences or equivalent experience

  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of trees; knowledge of ornamentals and turf helpful

  • A proven sales record

  • Outgoing, motivated self-starters who thrive in an environment where their effort pays off!

  • An energetic & charismatic personality

  • Great listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A valid driver's license

  • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Informatics Sales Specialist (ISS) is responsible for working directly with our customers to sell informatic solutions that support their business needs, and ensures that the sales goal for the given territory is met or exceeded. Understands how informatic solutions can improve hospital outcomes with specific focus on the laboratory space. Leverages expertise to recommend IT enablers and services that will help our customers to drive cost efficiencies, operational productivity, and improve the quality of patient care delivery. Collaborates with and is supported by other Sales team members. Job Responsibilities * Execute contract negotiations to achieve the sales quota for given customer base. Create territory and strategic account plans to achieve sales goal. * Conduct informatics product demonstrations to show how the application of informatic solutions, such as IT enablers, can improve hospital/laboratory performance. * Be the subject matter expert on the IT enabler portfolio, both internally and externally, to provide guidance and support for technical product inquiries. * Act as the central point of contact for the customer to coordinate appropriate Abbott resources/support necessary to execute the strategic account plan. Provide superior customer service that motivates customers to refer our services to their colleagues and professional network. * Effectively manage the timely execution and high quality delivery of all deliverables and related transactional work (ie. statements of work, pricing, etc.). * Build and persevere strong customer relationships to continually understand changing needs, drive new sales, and protect base business. * Navigate within a highly matrixed environment using strong communication/interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority. * Based on customer interactions, share ideas on customer-centric business opportunities with the potential to increase satisfaction and engagement. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience with IT enablers/software, ideally in a sales or customer-facing role. * Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of informatics solutions and be effective providing guidance to non-technical audience. * Familiar with how IT technology is used in the laboratory/hospital space. * Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) preferred.
