As our next Sales Apprentice, you'll shadow an Outside Sales Representative to learn how to identify and cultivate new prospects, cross-sell solutions to existing clients, and ultimately, win new business for ADP. Even better: We'll set you up with the tools, training and support you need to connect with leads, ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to small start-ups. And when you make a name for yourself at ADP, doors will open for advancement opportunities to an Associate District Manager role, as well as industry-leading compensation and even luxurious trips.

THINGS YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

  • Grow your skills while learning to build a network of key decision makers

  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans while gaining experience with mining existing and prospective clients for referral business

  • Cross-sell across the ADP product family by introducing other solutions to existing clients.

  • Drive our business forward bysupporting an Outside Sales Representative with developing and executing a cold calling strategy to prospects for ADP solutions

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: Required Qualifications

  • Ability to cold call with assertive, positive and persistent style

  • Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge

  • Proven customer service and relationship building skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas

Job Description SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Perform entry level repairs and preventive maintenance to plumbing and electrical equipment, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: * Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment. * Washing Coils, visual check of equipment on a weekly basis. * Repair or replace defective, components, or wiring. * Assist with Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants. * Assist with Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. * Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of Plant Engineering's Preventive Maintenance program. This will require weekly and monthly inspections of equipment and good record keeping ability. * Assists with the installation of ductwork, refrigeration piping, air conditioning units, and exhaust equipment. * Assisting in Conduct repairs, preventive maintenance, seasonal tear downs and major rebuilds of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and other HVAC equipment. * Assist with operation of the existing energy management and control systems in order to monitor and control all facilities space temperatures. Non-Essential Functions/Duties: * Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. * Respond to occupant complaints concerning space comfort levels in a timely manner. * Monitor water treatment program for HVAC equipment. * Monitor through energy consumption reports the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance effort and suggest improvements or modifications. * Analyze buildings and operations to determine the optimum utilization of HVAC. * Ensure compliance of regulations relating to refrigerants. Education: * High school or technical/vocational school training. * Facilities maintenance experience a plus * Read and write sufficiently to complete related paperwork and read schematic designs and blueprints. * Maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, the traveling public and tenants. * Follow oral and written instructions. * All other duties associated with achieving the requisite skills needed for a HVAC Technician. * Candidate must have an interest in learning and progressing in their knowledge of HVAC. Experience:Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
