As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Risk Insurance group in Little Rock, Arkansas..

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for bringing new business to Aon.

  • Provide leadership to organize internal industry and product resources to introduce Aon's value proposition and strategic plan.

  • Sells value driven suite of services/solutions to targeted prospects. Must be able to interact with C-Suite level at prospects.

  • Emphasis on cross-selling all Aon solutions.

  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current industry trends.

  • Identifies, develops and cultivates prospects for Aon solutions and positions Aon to win the work.

  • Ability to uncover and identify prospect needs, primary goals and corporate and departmental objectives is critical.

  • May be responsible for planning, scheduling, resourcing and executing large projects/ programs.

  • Serves as a senior member of the production team and may serve as a mentor or strategic advisor to other less seasoned producers

  • Frequently interacts with senior level colleagues and prospects, frequently involving matters between different departments (i.e.

  • Finance and HR), other company divisions or units.
  • Leads team selling efforts internally and with the prospects team.

  • Leads collaborative effort among members of a project team to deliver results.

  • Able to influence outcomes beyond the scope of their individual function.

  • Manage a team or play the lead role in the management of a portfolio of prospects' business.

  • Delegates responsibility and provides guidance to team members.

  • Must possess extensive knowledge and experience and in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and our products and services.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience selling Risk Management solutions and/or Health & Benefits insurance products.

  • Experience preferably within the insurance industry.

  • Active Life and Health or Property Casualty license is preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

As a Dispatcher, you are a key member of the team and act as the operation hub. You work closely with installers, specialist technicians, other office staff, and customers to ensure a smooth work flow and successful operation. Specific Responsibilities: * Schedule manpower assignments and insure Emergency Service program is executed. * Order auto glass and auto glass related parts including stock shop supplies. * Order flat glass and create the orders for our in-shop manufacturing of insulated glass units. * Receive parts that are delivered, log parts that are manufactured, and schedule jobs with customers once all parts are available. * Maintain a log of company equipment and tools, including periodic physical inventories and inspections. * Insure that invoices, route sheets, time cards, daily and weekly reports are completed and turned in by all team members timely and accurately. * Communicate with customers about timing of their appointments. * Sell flat glass and auto glass services to customers. * Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements: * High school graduate or equivalent * Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus * Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications * Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology * Excellent communication skills * Good organizational and time management skills Benefits: Benefits package varies by location We are actively interviewing for this position - Apply today and our hiring manager will follow-up!
