Primary Job Responsibilities:
Take all incoming calls for the purpose of scheduling and coordinating all appointments for our service and sales departments. These include high demand service calls, maintenance appointments for our residential and commercial clients, and more. Achieving a high success rate in closing all sales appointments for our residential and commercial sales staff. The Service and Sales Coordinator will assist service department with customer retention, as well as offer and sell service contracts, system accessories, and work towards achieving quality online reviews for our business. This Balance Point Team Member will be responsible for providing superior customer service, high level sales skills, and managing the field technicians / Sales Staff's schedule each day from start to finish. Some additional duties include purchasing, staff meeting preparation, quality assurance, and others.
Reports to: Operations Manager
High school diploma and college experience
Proven high level phone and email skills
Excellent sales skills and aptitude
Outstanding customer service and strong follow up skills
Excellent communication skills
Conduct self in a professional manner, managing time well
Customer focused and personable
Highly organized and motivated to develop and increase company sales volume.
Strong interpersonal skills
1-2 years experience as primary point of contact for an organization
1-2 Years sales experience
confident in daily decision making concerning others' schedules
Well organized and ability to work independently
Ability to perform at a high level
Any familiarity with construction, hvac, plumbing, electrical, or other trade.
