Sales and Operations Administrator

Overview
The Sales and Operations Administrator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the BAUME & MERCIER Operations function for the US, Canada, and Latin America. This includes fielding a high volume of incoming emails and calls; primarily responding to needs from our Authorized Dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibility # 1: Sales Administration & Customer Service
Respond to high volume of inquiries from Sales team and Authorized Dealers regarding product, price, availability and delivery of watches and accessories
Manage all aspects of order execution: order entry, allocation, and tracking
Process sales related transactions: markdowns, credit/debit memos, returns, stock balances
Partner with IT/Systems support to clear any red lights/system blocks on a regular basis
Manage EDI for National Accounts
Manage consignment programs including monitoring aged consignments
Manage commnnication client in our online Channels communicating with with Live Chat : Incoming chats through BEM Website - client is actively on
Resolve client challenges with the highest professionalism, promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to Baume et Mercier Management
Key Responsibility # 2: Purchasing Function
Assist with stock replenishment of watches for US, Canada, and ECOM
Manage stock replenishment of accessories for US and ECOM
Monitor flow of incoming goods from Switzerland to ensure timely deliveries
Coordinate with Supply Chain/HQ to manage safety stock levels and minimum reorder points
Key Responsibility # 3: Systems Management
Must be systems savvy. Will be designated brand Key User for systems including but not limited to:
Key Responsibility # 4: Cross-functional Communication
Will be a primary contact for cross-functional teams including:
Logistics teams in US, Canada and Latin America: Outbound/Inbound, Inventory Control, Returns/QC, Import/Export, and Transportation
Finance & Credit dept to release orders
HQ in Switzerland: Supply Chain, Operations, After-Sales Service
Key Responsibility # 5: Reporting Function
Will be required to monitor and/or execute reports including but not limited to:
Sales Admin: Open Orders, Open Returns, Outbound Shipments, Red Lights
Purchasing: Stock Reports, Inbound Delivery Monitors
QUALIFICATIONS and Experience
Minimum 3-4 years in Operations or comparable experience
Knowledge of Luxury Watch or Jewelry industry a plus
Experience working with Major Department Stores do not name the stores
Strong interpersonal skills and client facing knowledge.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/ABILITIES
Full command of SAP a must; including Sales side and Purchasing side
Proficiency in EXCEL including basic pivot tables and v-lookup
Knowledge of EXCEL Analysis a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to quickly familiarize with brand history and key product offerings

Expected Salary Range: $28 - $34 hourly
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
