The Sales and Move-In Coordinator will assist in the sales process, coordinate the move-in process to create a smooth transition from the sales decision to a successful residency in the community.

This is a 4 day per week position (Weekends required)

What you'll do:

• Assist the sales team with the sales process, move-in process, outreach, and marketing/social media efforts.

• Cultivate strong relationships and establish trust with prospects and depositors.

• Assist with tours, deliver exceptional creative follow-up, and assist in generating move-ins to achieve census goals.

What you'll bring:

• A passion for people and a unique understanding of enriching people's lives through hospitality services.

• Teamwork, organizational skills, communication skills, and kindness.

• Proficiency in basic social media posting

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
