Job Description: The Sales and Marketing Specialist (SMS) is an indispensable player affiliated with our marketing campaigns in new markets. Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Manager and Regional team members, the SMS helps to execute the marketing vision in their respective market.
Required Job Skills:
Marketing Events Responsible for creating and conducting leasing activities. Branding the overall property through cutting-edge marketing campaigns and on-campus promotional events.
Prospect Management Managing the contact, relationship and follow up of the prospect throughout the sales and leasing process.
Campus Networking Develop relationships with university community and engage in various events, clubs and meetings in order to network and brand the company.
Social Media Use social media tools to increase exposure, gain brand awareness and create client loyalty.
Oversee all back-end leasing activity and ensure timely input and accurate reporting.

Bachelor Degree Required
