To scale up, we are seeking an eager, self-motivated Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to build and manage our systems, processes, data, and insights across our go-to-market team (marketing, sales, and customer success).

This is a critical cross-functional role responsible for driving performance improvements across the organization and building the foundation for it to scale. You will own our one source of truth and conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the sales and marketing technology ecosystem
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead capture, lead distribution, campaign management, data enrichment, and sales outreach
  • Manage the integration and technical aspects of key systems (marketing automation, CRM, sales tools etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and pipeline
  • Measure and provide insights on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Maintain data quality within the database to ensure reliable business insights
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize team performance across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Create and manage dashboards that allow teams to effectively measure KPIs

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • At least 4 years experience in sales, marketing or business operations
  • Self-motivated and scrappy - you know what needs to be done and you take initiative
  • Highly skilled in Salesforce (SFDC Certification preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills - you have mastered Microsoft Excel and have experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (like HubSpot or Marketo) and integrating those systems with other technologies
  • Experience working with sales email tools like SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar tools (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

We look forward to hearing from you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong>OWN THE METRICS</strong> - You will own campaign effectiveness across all marketing programs. Your key role in working with the marketing team is to show what channels are converting to pipeline and which are not.</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Marketing, BDR and Sales Teams to regularly refresh target accounts for maximum data and pipeline coverage</li> <li>Build prospect lists from in-house and third-party data sources to meet company objectives for Target Account engagement and Pipeline creation.</li> <li>Manage strategy and data governance for leads/contacts and any marketing campaign related data and activities in marketing automation and CRM systems</li> <li>Adjust dynamic lead scoring to increase the accuracy of our prospects and ensure BDR teams are achieving conversation rate expectations and pipeline goals.</li> <li>Work with marketing team to regularly help develop and deploy nurture programs, digital display advertising, direct mail, and other demand tactics. This includes continual improvement and optimization of all marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Oversee marketing technology stack operations and work closely with the marketing team on the overall plan for utilization and regular health checks on performance and effectiveness. Regularly interface with Sales Operation team on cross-departmental projects and issues.</li> <li>Assist with building reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including channel metrics, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Provide campaign effectiveness feedback weekly, monthly, and quarterly</li> <li>Lead technical aspects of marketing and sales system integrations including the marketing automation platform (Marketo and Engagio), analytics (Google Analytics) and SFDC as it related to target accounts and overall marketing health and measurements.</li> <li>Monitor and maintain data quality for leads, contacts, and marketing campaign-related data and activities within the marketing databases.</li> <li>Oversee day-to-day marketing budget, regularly report on investment and ROI to marketing team and leadership.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience either in demand generation or marketing disciplines within a corporate marketing team.</li> <li>Heavy experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, with specific Marketo experience preferred.</li> <li>Passion for ROI, connecting data across multiple systems to tell the full story of marketing results.</li> <li>Familiar with Salesforce.com - including reports, data import/export, dashboard creation, etc.</li> <li>Proficient in deploying emails, including A/B testing and campaign creation</li> <li>HTML/CSS, Wordpress experience highly desirable.</li> <li>Proficient in Excel</li> <li>Drive.
