Upon date of hire, employees are eligible for state paid premiums toward employee "core" medical, dental, and basic life insurance coverage. JOB OVERVIEW: The Sales and Marketing Supervisor, under the direction of the Sales Manager, is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the sale of Industries merchandise and services. The incumbent will travel extensively within Montana to promote and sell MCE Industries products and services.
KNOWLEDGE: Sales and marketing techniques and styles; interpersonal communication; business and marketing trends; customer service; basic business principles; public relations; bids, contracts and procurement procedures.
SKILLS: Oral and written communication; interpersonal relations; organization; planning and prioritizing daily activity schedules; problem solving; analyzing market opportunities; developing marketing plans; training, motivating and coaching.
ABILITIES: Work with a broad range of customers to educate, promote and sell MCE products; draw sketches or rough drafts of customer space requirements; write product and bid specifications and communicate needs between customers and MCE production staff; work with the public, governmental agencies and non-profit organization staff.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):
This level of knowledge, skill and ability typically requires a combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Communications with five years experience in Sales and/or Marketing. Private sector sales experience will be given preference points.
