ITW Specialty Films, a global division of ITW within the Specialty Segment, manufactures and markets specialized coated films for the Secure ID, Medical Specialty Bag, and Financial Card markets. The Sales and Marketing Intern position at ITW Specialty Films Division is a dynamic role for a rising senior who is interested in strategic marketing and sales. In this position you will have the opportunity to spearhead projects that directly impact the business and actively learn about strategic sales in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace. This position will be based out of ITW Headquarters in Glenview, IL from mid-May to the beginning of August 2024.

What you will be working on:

• Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.

• Providing actionable insights to guide the marketing and/or sales teams.

• Contributing to the development of sales and marketing plans and objectives.

• Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.

• Determining sales potential and making recommendations.

• Assisting in highly visible projects with direct impact to current processes and procedures to be used by the company long-term

• Collaborating with account managers to analyze and provide recommendations on customer data.

• Integrating customer insights with data collected to provide full-picture of business.

• Projects for this internship role may include:

• Building a sales analysis dashboard tool using Power BI to create, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards.

• Analyzing data regarding sales performance, activity, and company trends to present to management and customers during quarterly business review.

• Presenting findings and suggestions to senior leadership
