Division Overview

Hubbell Lighting (HLI) is committed to elevating the lighting experience. Position Overview

This position will support finance and sales leadership teams through full scope reporting and analytics. Prepare and evaluate business performance via multiple reporting channels. Facilitate ownership of the entire reporting library; including a full array of sales, ad-hoc and management reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ownership of monthly sales and product usage reporting for all sales personnel and product managers.

  • Manage customer sales and marketing program data and develop related reporting monthly, quarterly, annually and on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Create, analyze and reconcile customer stock transfer and point of sale adjustments to ensure proper sales credit and sales compensation.

  • Interface with sales, marketing, operations, finance, IT and customer service to provide timely and accurate information.

  • Coordinate, manage, and facilitate vendor payment requests.

Skills and Experience

  • Requires 3 (+) years of related data analysis, with specific experience in sales and marketing data analysis and pricing.

  • Candidates with lighting sales, customer service and/ or general marketing experience may also be considered.

  • A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field of study is required.

  • Must have outstanding database skills, with specific knowledge of Access, Business Intelligence / Objects (BI), Excel (pivot tables), and SAP preferred. Ability to write simple code and automate reporting.
