Sales And Marketing Director For Senior Living Community! - Full-Time

Freedom Village in Lake Forest, CA, a Life Plan (continuing care retirement community), is seeking a full time Sales and Marketing Director! This position is responsible for overseeing the marketing department as well as apartments.

Qualifications and Job Skills:

• Ability to motivate, train, coach and evaluate marketing team members

• Experience required working in the senior housing industry

• Five plus years of hands-on marketing experience

• Public speaking experience and proficiency

• Public relations experience

• Knowledge of general office administration and computer skills

• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Publisher

• Self-starter, motivated, task-oriented, organized

• Time management skills to handle priorities and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase sales and occupancy in independent living.

• Train, coach, motivate, support and evaluate marketing team members.

• Develop strategic marketing plans to best market Freedom Village to seniors

• Manage marketing projects throughout Freedom Village to ensure we build and maintain our brand awareness.

• Create and execute bi-monthly marketing events from beginning to end.

• Work with creative team to:

• Oversee all marketing materials including inserts, brochures, direct mail pieces, print ads, email marketing; manage photo shoots including videos.

• Create relevant and engaging social media posts to promote the Freedom Village lifestyle and support our brand.

• Keep the website updated

• Conduct weekly meetings, discussing prospective move-ins, recent tours, prospective residents, VIPs, and leads

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to regarding occupancy/apt availability

• Sell apartments and the Freedom Village CCRC lifestyle and levels of care to prospects.

• Conduct tours and maintain CRM with your leads.

• Support Assisted Living marketing efforts/materials and assist with Skilled Nursing marketing materials as needed.

• Provide timely follow-up on leads and create a strategy to move the down the sales path.

• Always maintain a positive attitude with complete cooperation and communication with other departments.

• Executive Director may assign other duties.

Pay range:

DOE $70,000 - $75,000 per year (base) plus sales incentives!

Offer of employment is contingent upon successful fingerprint clearance through Department of Justice background check, physical exam, TB drug screen. Covid 19 vaccination preferred, not required.
