Castle is looking for an experienced professional Sales and Marketing Director for our 10 CBRF locations! Job Duties for this position would include:
Marketing all properties and services to potential residents or companies who provide potential residents or resident services
Give tours to prospective residents when applicable.
Monitor CSL lead bank activity and delegate follow-up activity to appropriate positions at each location.
Assist community leadership with the setup and arrangement of model rooms as needed.
Perform evaluation of potential residents to help determine appropriate placement prior to admission.
Complete pre-admission and admission paperwork prior to admitting a new resident. Including receiving all documentation needed to decide with Administration team for admission/placement.
Ensure room is set up to successfully meet the resident's needs during admission.
Assist in enrolling residents into physician or beautician services when requested.
Immediately follow up on resident inquires. Maintain a waiting list for prospective residents.
Immediately respond to any resident or family concerns and/or questions with assistance from Administration team.
Assist families in providing them with county financial assistance information (Family Care, Veteran's Benefits, or other applicable funding sources).
Communicate with facility team about new resident needs upon move in.
Make a two-week follow-up phone call to a new resident's POA.
Establish and maintain a contact list database of community contacts.
Market and promote CSL Hospice Services as needed.
Create and adhere to an annual marketing plan with approval from DOO and Administration team.
Review and assist with updating/creating marketing material with approval from DOO.
Attend at least 1 event in the community per month as a means to market our facilities and services.
Create and implement a luncheon presentations, open houses, and community events that can be presented to prospective residents, healthcare professionals, and other referral sources.
